Welcome to the official website of Erasmus+ project “Enhancing the possibilities of the future with a Mentoring Programme”!

This project falls into KA2 and KA29 categories which means that it is based on cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices throught school exchange partnerships. It will be conducted for 24 months (2018-2020).

Country of project coordinating organisation is Sweden, while other partner countries are Bulgaria, Croatia and Italy.

Main priorities of this project is developing relevant and high-quality skills and competences while promoting entrepreneurship education and social entrepreneurship among youg people. “Mentoring Programme” project aims for giving self-confidence to the students through:

• a better knowledge on business and mentoring;
• a growth mindset for a more positive and strong belief in themselves;
• enhanced abilities to create networks useful for further education and/or future jobs.

Also, major accent of this project is given to promoting equality and inclusion. It is important for students involved to know that the economic and social situations some of them live in is not neccessary a brake on their way to success and that these young people are the ones who hold the keys to a future which can be different from the one they may know.

On the operational level, one of the goals is to build an education which is more entrepreneurial that the traditional education throught the sharing of experiences and knowledge. The other goal is to enable contacts with work, offer an education relevant to students’ future careers and ensure that students learn the habits and skills that eployers value thus making them more competitive on the labor market once they leave school. One great step toward accomplishing this goal is to connect students with professionals working in their field of interests who may give them insightful information on how to build career in the chosen profession.
